Editorial Independence
IPONOVA operates as an independent information platform. Our editorial standards are simple and uncompromising:
- No paid placement. No IPO, broker, or registrar can pay to be ranked, featured, or sorted higher on this site.
- No sponsored rankings. Our IPO listings are sorted by objective criteria (status, dates, exchange) — never by commercial relationship.
- No buy or sell recommendations. IPONOVA is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, stock broker, merchant banker, or research analyst. We publish data, not advice.
- No undisclosed conflicts of interest. Where any potential conflict exists, it is disclosed on the relevant page.
Where Our Data Comes From
Every figure on IPONOVA is traceable to a publicly available primary source. We do not use anonymous tipsters, unofficial channels, or unverifiable third-party feeds.

Refresh Cadence
How often each data category is refreshed:
- Subscription data during issue window: updated multiple times per day, on the schedule published by BSE / NSE.
- Allotment status: updated when the registrar publishes the basis of allotment, typically 2–3 working days after issue close.
- Listing data: updated on listing day from exchange data; listing-day performance is recorded and frozen at end-of-day close.
- Static IPO details (price band, lot size, dates, prospectus links): entered when the RHP is filed, locked once the issue opens.
- Buyback data: updated when companies file announcements; record dates and tender windows are confirmed against exchange filings.
Each IPO and buyback page shows a visible Last Updated timestamp so you always know how fresh the data is.
Verification Process
Before a new IPO or buyback page is published:
- Every numeric field (price band, lot size, issue size, dates, registrar) is cross-checked against the original RHP or company announcement on SEBI / BSE / NSE.
- Issuer name, ISIN, and exchange listing are matched against official exchange records.
- Schema.org structured data is validated to ensure search engines and AI engines receive correctly typed, machine-readable data.
- Once subscription opens, daily figures from BSE / NSE are written into the database; the data shown on this site mirrors what the exchanges publish.
Corrections Policy
If you spot an error — a wrong date, an incorrect price band, a missing registrar — we want to know. Email the IPONOVA Editorial Desk via the contact page with:
- The page URL where the error appears
- The specific field that is wrong
- A link to the official source (SEBI / BSE / NSE / registrar) that confirms the correct value, where possible
Verified corrections are applied within one working day. The page's Last Updated timestamp will reflect the change.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not publish unofficial dealer estimates or unverified informal market figures.
- We do not predict listing-day gains, allotment outcomes, or future returns.
- We do not republish pay-to-play press releases as editorial content.
- We do not provide buy / sell / hold recommendations on any security.
